For employers who want foreign talent on their team without building an immigration function in-house. O1DMatch sits as the named agent of record on the petition — the legal vehicle our founder's federal litigation made viable — so your team is never the visa sponsor. A dedicated account manager owns your hiring needs. We actively source candidates against your profile and run interest-letter campaigns on your behalf. The legal filings are done by our attorney-partner network — that's their job, not ours.
The $2,000/month retainer turns O1DMatch into an extension of your hiring team — focused on the part most companies don't know how to staff.
O1DMatch (via IGH) sits as the named agent of record on the I-129 petition — the legal vehicle our founder's federal litigation made viable. You don't sign the petition. You don't carry the sponsorship burden. Attorney partners do the legal preparation and filing; O1DMatch holds the agent slot so your company doesn't have to.
One named person on our side owns your account. Weekly status updates, monthly hiring-plan reviews, instant escalation when a candidate moves or a USCIS receipt lands.
We actively source O-1-eligible candidates against your open roles from our 2,000+ pre-vetted bench plus targeted outreach. You don't post and pray. We pitch your roles to the candidates we know are a fit.
Most immigration shops can't handle Workday / Coupa / Ariba. We can. The IGH parent is SAM.gov-registered with UEI, CAGE, and the procurement plumbing Fortune-5000 systems expect.
Predictable monthly cost. Variable success-fee that aligns our team with your hiring outcomes.
Active Retainer
The monthly fee covers the dedicated account manager, candidate sourcing, interest-letter campaigns, vendor registration, and the agent-of-record slot on the petition. Attorney-partner legal preparation + filing is billed separately by the attorneys themselves — O1DMatch doesn't mark up the legal work, and your retainer doesn't subsidize it.
Placement Fee
20% of the placed candidate's first-year base salary, charged when the hire is confirmed and the petition is approved. Average $155K base = ~$31K placement fee. This is the success-fee that ties our compensation to your hiring outcomes.
The four core features above are the floor, not the ceiling. The retainer pulls in additional capabilities as your hiring map grows — and the dedicated account manager is the person who unlocks them.
One view of every candidate slate, every active match, every letter sent, every offer in flight. The legal status of each petition lives on the attorney-partner side; the hiring-map status lives with us — so your procurement and recruiting teams have a single read.
Retained employers get first look at incoming top-bench candidates before they hit the public pool. Where we have a fit, you see it first — for as long as you stay retained.
Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly slates of curated candidates tuned to your open roles and your active RFP timelines. Volume employers get a higher cadence; specialty employers get tighter targeting.
Your branded landing page inside the O1DMatch ecosystem — "hiring through O1DMatch" with your logo, role list, and one-click candidate-side interest capture. Doubles as a recruiting page and a credibility signal.
O-1 isn't the answer for every hire. Our attorney-partner network covers P-1 (sport/entertainment), EB-1A (extraordinary-ability green card), and F-1 OPT/CPT (student work authorization) — so you're not locked into a single pathway when a candidate's situation calls for something else.
Need a legal opinion on a specific candidate's eligibility, a complex employment scenario, or an enforcement question? The retainer includes warm intros into our attorney-partner network — we don't give legal advice ourselves, we connect you to the lawyers who do.
Sherrod meets with your hiring leadership every quarter — what's working, what's not, regulatory shifts that affect your map, and where to push next year. The kind of strategic insight an external counsel rarely has time for.
Incoming candidates pre-screened against O-1 eligibility before they hit your team's calendar. Your recruiters' time goes to candidates with a real path to start dates — not to interviews that die at immigration.
Salary benchmarks for O-1-eligible talent in your field, refreshed quarterly. We tell you what offers actually win versus what's getting countered. Particularly useful for the first three hires in a new function.
Employers running multiple O-1 hires per year roll into a volume tier with adjusted placement-fee economics and dedicated case-team capacity. Talk to Sherrod about structuring above 10 hires/year.
v1 scope, with momentum. The features above are the working spec of the retainer as we onboard the first cohort of employer clients. Some are live today, some are being built into the dashboard now. Sherrod is the one to talk to about exactly which capability is at which stage for your hiring map.
The retainer isn't a self-serve subscription. We onboard new employer accounts after a direct call with Sherrod so we know we can deliver for your hiring map.
